The Italian Tour





Explore Italy without leaving Sydney. On four Tuesday nights in June and July, Uccello head chef Massimo Bianchi will take you on a gastronomic tour of Italy’s regional delights. Each of the three-course meals will be accompanied by wine from the same region selected by our group sommelier.
