Merivale, Sydney’s premier restaurant and venue destination is offering the opportunity of the year for bartenders and cocktail wait staff across the galaxy to apply… we are looking for the best of the best.
You will need to have at least 1.5 years experience in a comparable environment, advanced cocktail knowledge (bartenders), NSW RSA Certificate, vivacious personality and be happy to be shaking things up in 40 degree heats!

NB: We are looking for gradual placements; that means we are not looking to place right now, but we are looking to finalise placements early September 2010 (just in time for the summer rush), however, there may be an opportunity to start earlier.
