Time Out Sydney's Mixology Masterclass





Want to learn how to match flavours and get experimental with a cocktail creation class? Merivale head mixologist Mikey Enright and recent award winner Pierre Fajloun will demonstrate how to mix liqueurs such as Cointreau, seasonal fruits and herbs in cocktails. They will also teach you how to flavour match with a full spirit range of vodka, gin, tequila, whisky and rum.
