Omakase dinner
This Japanese concept involves diners simply trusting the chef to cook an amazingly delicious degustation menu. Three of Merivale's most inventive chefs - Nobuyuki Ura from sushi e, Akira Urata from Teppanyaki and Atsushi Saito from Sushi Choo - will team up to stage this omakase-style degustation dinner at Teppanyaki.
