Sydney’s early settlers chose the tank stream as their source of fresh water. And while these days it flows underground, the Tank Stream Bar remains one of Sydney’s favourite watering holes. The warm lighting reveals an ancient wooden ceiling, and wine-rack walls serve as a reminder of its historical past.

A hideaway from the everyday, the centrally located Tank Stream Bar serves up great food and an inviting ambiance – the perfect place to enjoy a fine glass of wine and hand-selected cheeses.
