Sushi e

Award winning Japanese cuisine

Sushi e is an enclave of modern Japanese expression, hidden behind the famous cocktail lounge, Hemmesphere, on the fourth floor of Establishment. Head Chef, Nobuyuki Ura, and his team work in the centre of a marble bar – serenely, precisely slicing the freshest fish into spectacular creations.

Winner of the ‘2006 Best Sushi Restaurant’ in the NSW Restaurant and Catering Awards, and many SMH Chef Hats, Sushi e is one of Sydney’s most highly prized sushi restaurants.
