A once fire-ravaged building, Garden Bar is an unexpected oasis at the rear of Establishment Bar. Serving an authentic Thai lunch on weekdays alongside Australian favourites, and cocktails till late, Garden Bar’s bamboo stalks and water feature create a beautiful garden atmosphere.
